How to complete Paradise Lost

I've tried the new Incursion, Paradise Lost, a dozen times now with random groups and we can never get past the second boss. People don't know the mechanics, have the wrong builds, or just leave. I really want the Ouroboros SMG. How are people clearing this? Is it only for dedicated clans?

That Incursion is no joke, it really requires good communication and the right builds. Random groups are a total coin flip. A lot of people in clans run it, but if you don't have that, it's hard. I was in the same boat and ended up using a Division 2 boost from dving.net. They had a pro team carry me through it, and I got the Ouroboros on the first try. So much easier than banging your head against a wall with PUGs.
