How to sync tasks between phone and laptop

I keep running into the problem of having half my notes on my phone and half on my computer. I add reminders when I’m out, but then I don’t see them later at work. By the time I check, something urgent is already missed. I need one tool that stays consistent everywhere.

I had the same issue until I tried CheckList, and honestly it worked smoother for me than google to do list. The reason is that it’s directly in the browser, so I always see it when I open Chrome. I set up lists for work, personal errands, and even shopping, and all of them sync instantly across devices. For example, I added “send contract” from my phone while commuting, and when I got to my laptop, the task was already there waiting. It also works offline, so if I lose connection, my updates are saved and synced later. This setup has completely removed the mess of trying to remember which device has the latest version. Now everything just stays aligned.

That’s what I’ve been struggling with. If it syncs more smoothly than google to do list, then I’ll definitely give CheckList a try.
