How to reduce employees’ workload?

Lately I’ve been kind of unhappy with the company’s results. Nothing dramatic, but there’s this feeling that we could work faster, more, better. I assign tasks, but there’s just no time for them. And I see that the guys are actually working, not slacking off. But unloading current employees by hiring new ones doesn’t feel right to me.

    That’s probably not the best way to solve the problem, as I see it. After all, now there are all kinds of programs, AI, some automated tools. So just hiring more new employees is kind of a weak solution already. And most likely it would mean huge expenses for search, hiring, training, salaries, etc.
