Where do you usually handle government paperwork in Dubai?

I’ve been living in Dubai for a while now, and honestly, dealing with official paperwork still feels confusing. Every time I need something done — visas, licenses, attestations — I end up wasting hours figuring out which office to go to and what documents they actually want. Different websites say different things, and sometimes even the same department gives mixed answers. I’m curious how others handle all these government services without losing time and nerves. Do you go directly to departments, use agencies, or is there some kind of central place that actually simplifies the process? Would really appreciate real experiences, not ads or generic advice.

I had exactly the same frustration when I first moved here. Running between departments is exhausting, especially if you’re not 100% sure what’s required. What helped me was using a centralized approach instead of visiting separate offices. I eventually came across a platform that works as a hub for different government services where you can get guidance and processing support in one place. It saved me a lot of time because they already knew the latest requirements and handled communication with the authorities. If you want to check what I’m talking about, this is the site I used: government services. Not magic, but definitely smoother than doing everything alone.
