rying to Keep Up in Unturned, Need a Little Edge

I was just in a game of Unturned where I spent hours gathering supplies, only to have a group of players roll up and steal everything in a matter of minutes. It’s like they had eyes everywhere. Is there anything out there, like cheats or hacks, that could help with aiming or seeing players through walls? I’m not trying to dominate, just keep from being the easy target!
